Oh Noooooooooooooooooooooo. I haven't had the TV on tonight.

RIP Elizabeth Taylor.

Damn! If I lived my life one percent of how this woman lived her's I would be happy. At least she won't be in pain anymore.

That really is sad news. :( R.I.P. Liz. :(

You might want to watch her with Richard Burton in Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe. There's some incredible acting going on in that one.

RIP Dame Liz

Seen well over half of those films I'd guess and although she wasn't the best actress in the world by any means she had such presence, even when she was getting on a bit she just grabbed your attention on screen and kept it with her the whole time she was on it. I think possibly Giant was her best film for just her really, but Cleopatra was spellbinding for every scene she was in with Richard Burton - the animal magnetism between them was just - WOW! In a way it was inevitable that they couldn't live together for very long (far too much passion in there to sustain things for long) but boy what a couple they made on and off screen whilst they could still stand the sight of each other!
