Hooray!

Today's the day and I'll be there.

However, I noticed on the festival web-site that it says at the 'signing' after the talk:

"copies of I SHALL WEAR MIDNIGHT will be stamped with a souvenir stamp and a thumbprint from Sir Terry Pratchett, who after thirty years of signing books has succumbed to arthritis."

I already have a signed copy of the book. But this made me go "Oh!" and :( for Sir Pterry.

Signing with a thumb print could get a bit messy after a while.

Mind you, someone waiting in the queue could always start singing 'Someday my prints will come"!

Oh, and he thigned both my bookth: "Oneth More with Footnoteth" and "I Thall Wear Midnight"

Motht pleathed (or should I thay, "thumbth up")

p.s. A great event with Sir pTerry on form during his talk, I thought. Amusing that it was held in a church not long after the letter to the Guardian he co-signed - a point certainly not missed by Sir pT.
