I'm sorry I don't recall the names, but from left to right:
Mrs Whitlow's Vacation (younger and older),
Nijel the Destroyer,
Granny Aching and the China Shepherdess (the boots were definitely Granny A)
Agnes/Perdita X Nitt
Moist von Lipwig
[and Marty Gear, who was staff, not in the contest]

There were many wonderful costumes, and many hall costumes that would have been worthy of prizes as well.
There was a magnificent Angua that I recall as well.

Went through all my pictures and there are embarrassingly few from the con. Most of them are of our forays outside, touring some ships and a sub nearby. I had only one of myself in my gala dinner dress on my camera, with Mr. Tulip and Mr. Pin.

A few photos of the Maskerade - although, sadly, none of the last and best act. I was trying to get a video of the whole thing and my memory card filled up before the end. So no pictures. But it was awesome! It was the diner scene from Blues Brothers, but with the horsemen of the apocalypse. Definitely the audience favorite, starring our own Mr. Soak and Phalarope.

One of my favorites! Granny Aching as the porcelain figurine. Wish I had a better picture.

Party Death

Sergeant Angua

Luggage (remote controlled - oops, not so. But there was one that was remote-controlled.)

I think this was Agnes, but it may have been Lady Sybil

Good shot of the crook and pipe, though.
