Just finishing my 2nd. reading of Nation. This novel is wonderful in it's insight into human nature,as a lot of Pterry's work is.It has confirmed to me that Pterry is up there with the great authors:Chaucer,Smollett,Swift,
Dickens,Austen and the Bronte girls.I can't include the grandaddy of them
all,Shakespeare,as I've never begun to get a handle on him at all.
I'm not kidding about putting Pterry amongst this august plethora of literary giants as the great body of his work is of the highest quality.

Having said all that,I'm having serious withdrawal symtoms for a new
Discworld book!

 Have you read any Mark Twain? He's another one to compare to Terry. ;)

"Pratchett’s wackiness collaborates with Gaiman’s morbid humour; the result is a humanist delight to be savoured and read again and again."
