I'm assuming that we all have a sense of humour here, apart from Bouncy, she's just twisted - so, any faves?

Hancock's Half Hour
15 Storeys High
Father Ted

Phoenix Nights
The Day Today
The Thick of it

I've just bought the Season 1 DVDs - they were only released on Region 2 about a fortnight ago!

Gotta love Benson!

Several of the above (Scrubs, Earl, The Big Bang Theory), & Gavin & Stacey.

I really like Gavin & Stacey. We know Joanna Page and her husband, James Thornton.
They moved next door to our mother when Mum used to live in London.
Joanne and James are really lovely people and are good neighbours to have.
It's a shame mum moved away, as we used to practise our Welsh on Joanne. We only know half a dozen words, but it didn't stop us greeting her with the little we know!

Thanks Bouncy C I will check it out. Did not like the series "Benson" itself very much though.

No cable television, so we are restricted to regular channels and hulu.com.

House
My Name is Earl
Dead Like Me
Blackadder
Jeeves & Wooster --without that, my daughter never would have discovered PG Wodehouse.

Now, I can't get those book back, either....

I think Benson could knock into a cocked hat anything they're churning out now.

Dead Like Me was fab, and naturally they cancelled it.

I'm waiting for the movie to come out on Region 2.

I would wait as well but judging by the time it took for series 2 to come out in region 2, it could take years to arrive. So I'll be buying an import asap.
