For those wondering "What's this one? I've never heard of Murder in Ankh-Morpork!" - it's basically the main plot of Feet of Clay with some Men at Arms and other Watch book bits thrown in. Briggs decided to mush them together because it's easier to follow for audiences who aren't as familiar with the characters.

I presume the Gonne doesn't make an appearance, does it? The Gonne is the MacGuffin in MAA; in FoC, it's Meshuggah, the white golem.

No idea - Stephen Briggs hasn't released his script or plot synopsis for this - after all, it's going to be a live perfomance in Oxford later this year.

Oh! Oops. Of course, you're right. It wouldn't make sense to release the script or plot synopsis yet.

I guess I was just conjecturing (aka guessing). I wonder what would make it to the stage, and what would be left out? After all, from previous plays I've seen of Stephen's, he cuts the books pretty drastically (he even says so in the scripts). Obviously that makes sense. If you tried to stage an entire TP book (or an entire book, period!), you wouldn't be finished performing it by the next day ...

Given that it is sponsored by the Estate, I'm happy to see it. I hope someday I have the chance to buy the script (actually seeing the performance is vanishingly unlikely).
