I don't know if this has been posted before but it is the first time that I've heard of it.

Due to go on air in Jan 2017 but I haven't a clue about the 'how, what, when, and where'* of the plot line.

I've been seeing things about this. My understanding is that it was going to be limited access. They need to syndicate it as much as possible.
