Hi, All, not been posting for a while....but...
I bought the DVD of Truckers a few weeks ago. My friend & I watched it last Monday evening. It's from the original TV series & we really enjoyed it. My friend liked it so much that when I told her it was the first of a trilogy of books about the Nomes, she had to borrow the other two books. Diggers & Wings.
I think it's a shame they never made those other two books into a series or DVD's. They did leave Truckers a bit in the air at the end as if they were going to do it.

Thanks, Guys. My friend also liked watching the DVD's of The Hogfather, Going Postal, the cartoon DVD's of Soul Music, Wyrd Sisters & The Colour Of Magic DVD. But for some reason Truckers really grabbed her.

For some reason, HUGELY expensive on Amazon, and Play.com are selling the Australian (Region 0) version, though for a much better price.

Note. I got a set of DVDs of The Murdoch Mysteries in Region 0 from New Zealand, and they wouldn't play on my laptop. Could only play on my portable (tiny screen) DVD player.

My DVD player plays all regions, Bouncy. I have several American DVD's. Unfortunately the last one I bought from Amazon America, because it wasn't available here I got stung for customs duty.  :( Guess I was lucky it being the only one they caught in the system.

You can change region on a laptop settings but they only let you do it about 4 times Not worth it for one dvd.
