    Good Omens

Sorry if this is a little out of date... but I just saw this: Some photos of Sheen and Tennant and Aziraphale and Crowley, plus some background info (that we all probably know) - but it's good to see that filming got off the ground 2 months ago. :-) Hopefully we'll see some more soon.

    The Discworld Word Game

Pteppic => Camouflage paint (Seen in Good Omens, so not exactly Discworld... but also seen in Reaper Man, IIRC... I'm thinking of the one where the Dean is making those 'Hutt! Hutt!' noises). ;-)

    So...

...a brief chat with Rob Wilkins over the phone during a Klatch (small chat) at the Australian Discworld Convention the other week. Amongst Good Omens news (no, he didn't tell us about the casting, but he did say the announcement would be soon... what he did say is that Neil and he fought for...

I think American Gods was the first Neil Gaiman novel I read after Good Omens. that was me, hook, line and sinker. It was a while ago and I'd like to read the book again before watching the Tv show but it's not likely I will. I'm super happy you're enjoying it.

Tribute Song - I Used To Be Me

You may have heard that there's a musical adaptation of Good Omens in the works in Australia. The writer of that musical has written a tribute song for Terry, you can read more and hear the song here: https://ausdwcon.org/blog/i-used-to-be- ... bute-song/

    So, you've discovered Discworld...

...Pratchett for years, mostly through his friendship with Neil Gaiman, another writer I adore. I had loved their collaboration from 1990, "Good Omens", although I had always assumed that Neil was more responsible for the parts I enjoyed the most...I have since learned that was probably not the...

    Found a new humorous author.

...Imagine that Richard Adams met Tom Holt in a pub & started chatting. This is easily their version of Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman's Good Omens. And this is the blurb Pansy the rabbit is a cantankerous old misery, a dreadful cynic and pretty much burning up with hate and regret. It is only...

    Good Omens Cover

I just saw this on the Gollancz website: Basically, they are bringing out a new version of Good Omens to match the rest of Neil Gaiman's books. There are three possible covers - all of which were approved by both Neil and Terry (before he passed away). Gollancz are holding a poll to choose...
