Had a major career renaissance, didn't he? I first saw him in Daleks Invasion Earth 2150 AD, and then he was in an episode of Fawlty Towers as a fussy and pedantic customer Basil Fawlty mistakes as a hotel inspector, I think, but there's no denying that his greatest role of his later years was as Wilfred Mott in Doctor Who. :(

My son and his friends were delighted to meet him at a London comic con, he couldn't believe they were there to meet him, genuine humble guy
