Nice to see something happening here in Fourecks. (Shame we have to wait a year until it happens). It would be nice if something (e.g. a stage play) was happening here too.
Also: Small Gods was adopted into a graphic novel???
When? Where? And most importantly - how can I find it?

Never mind, then. I saw it in the library, and read it, and didn't think much of it ... since I thought the others were done better. *thinks*
Or maybe I've just read so many good Discworld books I'm just a spoiled brat who can't say thanks when a "new" Discworld book comes along? @ self

The Feet of Clay production in Edinburgh looks like fun. I can recognise some (most, even) of the characters. To digress: I think that's a smiling Colon in the centre, and Nobby picking his nose is pure Nobby. 
It's funny, I never pictured Vimes as shorter than Nobby, but it works. The non-watch characters are harder to guess, but Dr Cruces is immediately recognisable. I wonder where Dragon, King of Arms (a vampire) is? Is he the one on the far right?
The poster for Men at Arms (in Wales) fills me with foreboding. I assume that's Carrot, but the designer gave him the armour worn by the early ancient Roman Empire (c. 50-300 AD), which doesn't really fit with the tin helmet. (Simple chainmail would've done). Couple that with the modern-looking shot behind Carrot, and it looks like a mishmash of different styles. :-\ I'd still go to see it if I could (obviously), but I wonder what the non-Discworld-reading public would make of it.
Wyrd Sisters is one of my favourite books - so I could try to make it up to Bendigo next month. It's a very long way, though; Australia is easily (and famously) a tiny bit bigger than the USA. So if I get lost, please send a search party.
