I saw today that it's supposed to be coming to the BBC, but which channel and when is a mystery.

There were 4 series, apparently, and you can get the whole lot from play.com for a mere eighty quid!!

I was sorely tempted, I have to say, but eventually declined their kind offer!

Here is what I found on the site.

Mrs. Browns Boy's has been commissioned as a TV series by BBC1 -
I can confirm that A pilot episode was filmed by BBC Scotland last October 2009.

Update for our lucky Irish fans:-
RTE Television have now announced the air time of Saturday January 23rd at 9.30 p.m. for Mrs Brown’s Boys.
The BBC will also be showing the pilot later next year ahead of the
screening of all six episodes but we have no confirmation of dates as yet.
Brendan has said of the news that he is "delighted that RTE are involved.."
as Mrs. Browns Boys was originally aired on Irish Radio Station 2FM as a
five-minute comedy slot. Brendan went on to say that he "didn't want RTE to
be excluded and this way we have the best of both worlds".
RTE 1 is available on Sky Channel 101 and UPC/NTL Channel 101.
As always we will keep you posted but if you want to know before everyone else you can register with us today!
Happy New Year from all at Mrs. Brown’s Boys.

I think I must look out for the DVD.
