I was just re-reading Hogfather and it says that the bathroom built by Bloody Stupid Johnson was sealed up during the time of Archchancellor Weatherwax. Is this Mistress Weatherwax? Are there any Discworld books featuring this particular Archchancellor?

Yes he's in Light Fantastic and he's a distant relation of Granny's. He's Galder Weatherwax.

What actually happens to Galder Weatherwax? It just seems that he dissapeared. And why do all the other wizards seem to become bunnies towards the end of the book; very frightened.

Interesting though, that up until Moving Pictures, there always had been a different Archchancellor in every book, (exept Color of Magic and Light Fantastic, but that's a sequel) but Ridcully seems very stable...

Ridcully is an absolute legend. He managed to break tradition by breaking bones. Other peoples that is.

He just so funny and able to get away with so many things. He's pretty lazy (being a wizard) but still is powerful. Definetely is one of my favourite discworld charcters.

I don't know... He's changed a lot since Moving Pictures. There, he's like an enthousiastic school boy with too much spare-time. But in Interesting Times, for example, he isn't really different from any other lazy archchancellor without brains...
