God = Morgan Freeman (Bruce Almighty)
The Devil = Robert de Niro (Angel Heart)
US President = Morgan Freeman (Deep Impact) I like Morgan Freeman - ok!

God - Morgan Freeman too I guess

The Devil = Gabriel Bryne (End of Days) or Dave Grohl (Tenacious D's Pick of Destiny)
US President = Ronald Reagan

The Devil: Tom Waits as Mr. Nick in The Imaginariom of Doctor Parnassus or Jack Nicholson in Witches of Eastwick
The US President: Billy Bob Thornton in Love Actually

(I'd like to add "Death" to the list, which, in my case, would be Brad Pitt as Joe Black in Meet Joe Black)

Devil=Tie between Peter Cook in the original "Bedazzled" and the Devil in "South Park: Uncut."

US President: Peter Sellers in "Dr. Strangelove" ("Gentlemen, we can't fight in here--this is the war room!")

Given that most of your Brits have been choosing mostly Americans for these parts, I'd say it's simply a balance of actor.

I kinda liked Alanis as God She was playful. But I understand that you don't want a woman to play God (Yanking your chain Dotsie - but I'm running for the hills now just to be safe from your wrath).

Pacino's devil was good, in the Devil's Advocate.

Bill Pullman in Independance Day. Now there's a president!
