Sat down and watched one of my favourites last night. Low budget but well done English film - Dog Soldiers. Always loved this one and it had been a few years since i'd seen it.
Genius! I saw it in the cinema, knew I would love it as soon as I saw the tagline on the trailer - "A bitch of a werewolf movie!"

I have 3 of Neil Marshall's films: Dog Soldiers, Descent, Doomsday. Need to get Centurion, though it was his weakest in my opinion.

Dog Soldiers is my favourie, despite Descent being the most critically successful, mainly because it's so funny and Sean Pertwee is a legend!

"Sausages!"

"There is no spoon," -

Was going to watch Centurion next. Haven't seen it yet though.

Loved Descent aswell but agree with you in thinking Dog Soldieres was better.

The other half is a Classics teacher and has a MA in it and i have a BA in classics so we've had to learn to let go on the whole accuracy thing when it comes to these films. But Troy still sucked.

I got such a slap across the head for getting the missus to watch Black sheep.
She thought it was absolute tripe.

It wasn't as good as I was expecting, but I still liked it. It's not up there with Peter Jackson's NZ horrors
I started hating Peter Jackson after seeing one of his horror movies
Why?
