Oh yes, I remember Ecalpon. It's mentioned in TCOM, if I remember.

Ecalpon -> Nuggan. The god of Borogravia, he always struck me as one of Pterry's most sublime creations. The god you love to hate. :twisted:

His Abominations include - for example - chocolate, ginger, mushrooms, garlic, cats, dwarfs, the colour blue, oysters, babies, the theatre, barking dogs, shirts with six buttons, women wearing men's clothes, rocks, ears, accordion plays - and beating your wife with a stick greater than an inch across. His Book of Abominations is a ringbinder. Very tricky to keep up with, is Nuggan.
