Derek Cooper has died. Broadcaster who presented several shows on Radio 4 including the Food Programme and you couldn't help thinking that his lovely deep voice sounded particularly well fed. RIP

I can only echo your sentiment. Adrian was a staple of my early adult years. Along with the brilliant TV Series of course. He'd be glad though that 'The thief' masquerading as him was dead though I think, LOL. I've just finished re-reading all of his diaries in the last week, so Nostalgia abounds ATMO.

RIP Sue indeed. And just as Pandora was coming home at last to him as well... Who will write his Mid-life Crisis Diary now ???
