My son is just reading Men at Arms again, and reminded me of my favourite bad pune (or play on words)
Death to Bjorn Stronginthearm after he's shot with the gonne...

"so you could say you'll be Bjorn again"
genius, and even better cause he doesn't get it! :laugh:

Llamedos itself is 'sod 'em all' spelt backwards. This is a pun on the Dylan Thomas poem 'Under Milk Wood' where the town is called 'Llareggub' which is 'bugger all' spelt backwards.

And don't forget the country of Hersheba, which sounds a lot like this chocolate.*

I love the references to being hung up by your figgin.

the names in Pyramid for which I can not remember the spelling but are basically

jellybaby - Djelibebi

And I have taken to reading pretty much all of Sir PTerry's names backwards to check them out.

All of Nanny's inuendos :eek:
